Returns & Replacements

 Damage and shortages must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt to or 01993 707200. If emailing, please include your name, order number, the reason for the return in the email, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If calling, please have this information available. Return postage and packaging costs must be paid by the customer. Unless the return is due to our error, in which case you will be refunded for the return delivery cost, standard or least expensive method of delivery only. If you choose an alternative method of delivery you will be liable for any extra cost.

 If we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items as above, you agree to indemnify in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within the specified period.

 Non receipt of order

 If you have received notification of dispatch, but not received your order within 7 days for UK mainland, 15 days for Europe and Rest of the word. Please contact and we will be happy assist you.
